Refer a friend and you both save!

When your friend books:
Minimum $500 → you both get $50
Minimum $1,000 → you both get $100
Minimum $1,500 → you both get $150
$2,000+ → you both get $200

Your friend will receive the discount off their quote. The existing client will receive the same amount as Fiesta Credit, to be used toward a future event.

Discounts apply to rental items only. Delivery, pickup, and setup fees do not count toward the rental minimum and are not discounted.

At checkout or quote request, your friend must type your FULL first & last name (and email if possible) in the “How did you hear about us?” box.

Your Friend Books

They build a rental order of $500+ and place the deposit. New customers only.

You Earn $50 Fiesta Credit

After their event is completed and payment is confirmed, we'll add $50, $100, $150 or $200 credit to your account. Credits stack and expire in 6 months.

Important: We can only award referral credit if the provided name exactly matches the referrer’s account in our system (first & last name; email helps confirm). If we can’t verify the referrer, we cannot issue the reward.

❓ Fiesta Rewards FAQs

When you refer a friend to Fiesta Events, they’ll receive $50,$100,$150 or $200 off their first rental order -Min $500 or more. Once their booking is completed, you’ll receive a Fiesta Credit toward your next event with us.

You can refer any new customer who hasn’t booked with Fiesta Events before. Friends, family, coworkers—anyone planning a special event is welcome! Referrals are unlimited, so the more you share, the more you can earn.

Your Fiesta Credit will be applied to your account after your friend’s order is confirmed and completed (minimum $500 rental). You’ll receive an email notification once the credit is added.

No. Vendors, coordinators, planners and affiliated partners are not eligible for Fiesta Rewards referrals or credits.

Yes. All Fiesta Credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. Be sure to use them toward your next event before they expire.

Yes! You may combine your Fiesta Credits with loyalty discounts (10% or 15% returning client). However, seasonal promotions cannot be stacked—only one percentage discount will apply per order. Fiesta Credits can always be redeemed in addition to whichever discount you qualify for.
