Wedding Package Questions
Can I build a wedding package for fewer than 50 guests?
Yes. Wedding packages begin at 10 guests and are priced from the guest count selected. Complimentary package benefits begin at 50 guests on eligible packages.
What is included in a Premium wedding package?
Premium packages include guest tables, the selected chair style, eligible floor-length linens, a charger or basic white dinner plate, a 3-piece flatware set, water goblets, one glassware selection, napkins and a runner where applicable.
Which wedding packages include complimentary benefits?
Premium, Rustic and Draped Canopy + Tables packages unlock a complimentary Sweetheart Table at 50 guests. Additional Cake, Welcome and Belly Bar benefits unlock at 100 and 150 guests.
Are delivery, setup and teardown included?
No. The package estimate shows rental pricing only. Delivery, pickup, setup, teardown and other applicable service fees are added after Fiesta Events reviews the event location, access and schedule.
Where will the chairs be placed?
Near the end of the builder, choose whether the chairs will be placed around the reception tables or in ceremony rows. Any applicable ceremony-chair setup charge is reviewed and added to the formal proposal. Fiesta Events does not move chairs between spaces or perform room flips.
How does Simple Centerpiece Styling work?
Simple Centerpiece Styling starts at $60 per selected guest table. Describe the candle, bud-vase, floral-accent or color direction and optionally attach an inspiration photo. Every request is reviewed before the final design and price are confirmed.
Can I choose a different chair for my Premium package?
Yes. Crossback is one example. Premium chair choices include Chiavari, Crossback, Wishbone, Bentwood and Luxe Gold, along with other eligible styles. Options and pricing depend on guest count and the selected style; availability is confirmed in your proposal.
Can I add rentals after saving my wedding package?
Yes. Save your package to My Event Quote, then add individual rentals such as dance floors, bars, lounge furniture or a photo booth before submitting your event details.
Does a wedding quote request reserve my rentals?
No. Fiesta Events reviews the event date, requested items, location and services, then sends a separate proposal. Review that proposal carefully: available sizes, colors or items may differ from your original request.
Can we see the rentals before booking?
Showroom visits are by appointment. Request a quote first, then arrange a visit to review your selections with Fiesta Events.
