About Our Wedding Packages

Each Fiesta Events San Diego wedding rental package brings together our most popular rental items—curated for modern style and timeless elegance. Packages start at 48–50 guests. You can customize colors, but if you’re removing items please choose items à la carte for maximum flexibility. Delivery, setup, and teardown are available as optional services.

Whether you’re hosting at a private residence or a local venue, these curated wedding packages in San Diego help you pull together a cohesive look without piecing every rental together on your own.

How to Request a Quote

  1. Add the package of your choosing to your cart and submit a quote request with your event details.
  2. Include as much information as possible — event date, location, surface type, delivery/pickup times, and guest count.
  3. Our team will review availability and email your quote within 24-48 hours.
  4. We can schedule a quick call to review the quote and send tableware options if included.
  5. Once you approve and sign the contract, a deposit is required to reserve your date. The final balance is due 7 days before the event.

Can I modify a package?

Yes — you’ll be able to select from all available color and décor options once your quote is created. If you want to remove one or more items, we recommend choosing items à la carte.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. You can also choose to set up the items yourself. Setup, teardown, delivery, and pickup are additional to the listed package price.

When is delivery scheduled?

For backyard/residential events, delivery may occur 1–2 days prior. For venues, we offer same-day delivery & setup based on access hours.

What is expected for pickup?

Place all tabletop items (chargers, glassware, flatware, etc.) back into the provided containers/crates — no need to wash. Our team handles teardown of heavier furniture, canopies, dance floors, tables, and chairs.

How do I book?

Select a package, add to cart, and submit your quote request. We’ll confirm availability, finalize details, and send an invoice to secure your date.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — through Affirm. Add a note when you submit your request and we’ll include the financing instructions with your quote.
