Submitting My Event Quote lets Fiesta Events review your event date, requested rentals, quantities, venue access, delivery or pickup needs and availability. Your rentals are not reserved until the proposal is approved, the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.

Does submitting My Event Quote reserve my rentals?
No. Your online request is reviewed first. Your event is reserved only after availability and logistics are verified, the proposal is approved, the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.
Do I make a payment when I submit my quote request?
No. Submitting your Event Details sends us your rental selections and event information for review. No rental retainer is collected at that initial request stage.
How quickly will I receive my proposal?
Most quote requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Events that require additional venue, access or logistics review may take longer.
Are delivery and pickup included for free?
No. Delivery and pickup/service charges apply. Pricing varies by location, order size, access requirements, timing and event logistics.
Can I self-pick up my rentals?
Self-pickup is available only for eligible smaller items and qualifying orders. Larger rentals, installations and select equipment require Fiesta Events delivery.
Do I need a quote before scheduling a showroom appointment?
