Before Booking
A beautiful installation starts with enough clear, level space and safe access for our crew and canopy structure.
Grass, concrete, pavers, turf or asphalt may work depending on the installation. Dirt, mud or uneven areas may require additional preparation or may not be suitable.
No low branches, power lines, pergolas, gazebos or solid objects within the required canopy footprint and installation clearance.
Fiesta Events uses weighted anchoring with cement blocks rather than stakes. Water barrels may be used when higher-wind conditions require additional weight.
If lighting is selected, a usable electrical outlet should be available near the canopy installation area.
Draped canopies are designed for shade and ambiance, not protection from severe rain or strong winds. Unsafe weather may require cancellation or removal for safety.
Install and pickup windows are coordinated in your proposal. After-hours windows may carry additional fees, and exact timing depends on route, access and schedule.
The client is responsible for required city or venue permits, including City of San Diego or City of Chula Vista permits when applicable. If Fiesta Events must provide insurance certificates, tent specifications or fire-retardant documentation, an administrative fee may apply.
You may send photos, video and measurements for layout suggestions. If you prefer an in-person onsite measurement, visit fees start at $100 and are non-refundable.

Minimum clear setup area adds 2′ total to each canopy dimension (approximately 1′ around each side).
