How large of a dance floor do I need?
We typically start by estimating that about one-third of the guest count may be dancing at the same time. A 12′ × 12′ floor is a common starting point around 100 guests, while larger celebrations may need 15′ × 15′, 18′ × 18′ or 21′ × 21′.
Can a dance floor be installed outdoors?
Yes, depending on the floor style and site conditions. The installation area must be level, firm, dry and safely accessible. Outdoor weather and ground conditions are reviewed before installation.
Why do I have to select the installation surface?
The surface affects installation requirements and may affect which floor or preparation method is appropriate. We collect it with the rental so our team knows whether the area is concrete, pavers, grass, dirt or another surface.
Does Fiesta Events install and remove the dance floor?
Dance floor rentals are professionally delivered, installed and removed by Fiesta Events. Dance floors are not offered as self-pickup rentals.
Can I choose the dance floor size on this page?
Yes. Choose a floor card, select the size and required installation surface, then save the exact selection to My Event Quote.
Can I change my floor size later?
Changes depend on availability and your event timeline. If your guest count or layout changes, contact Fiesta Events as early as possible so we can review the requested size.
