Tent Size & Capacity Guide

All tent sizes are priced with all four sides open. Side or back panels can be added for an additional fee per panel. Capacities assume dinner seating only — no dance floor, bar, or backdrop area. Use this chart as a helpful guide when planning your layout.

Setup, Requirements & Delivery

Before Placing Your Order

Ensure you have adequate level space for your canopy size.
No installation above bushes, trees, furniture, vehicles, or under power lines.

Set‑Up Guidelines

Permitted surfaces: grass, turf, concrete, or pavers (level & accessible). Grass must not be dirt or mud.
No installations on dirt for draped canopies.
Anchoring: 20′ wide tents use cement blocks; 30′ wide tents use 50‑gallon water barrels (client provides water).
Electrical: Outlet must be within 50 ft or client provides extension cords.

Flooring Disclaimer

Fiesta Events is not responsible for surface damage during setup/removal.
We do not provide flooring protection; clients may supply their own.

Delivery, Installation & Pickup

Residential: Installed 1–3 days before and picked up 1–3 days after your event.
Venues: Same‑day delivery/pickup available (must be noted at checkout; fees apply).

Site Consultation

Standard (Included): Client measures area and sends photos/videos. Our team confirms fit remotely.
Optional Visit: Starting at $100 (non‑refundable). Includes on‑site measuring and layout verification.

Weather Policy

Draped canopies are not designed for heavy rain or high winds.
In unsafe conditions, Fiesta Events may cancel canopy setup; refund applies to canopy portion only.
