*Chart assumes the entire canopy footprint is used for seated dining (no bars, backdrops, DJ/AV, dance floor, buffet, etc.). Note: Wishbone and Woven Gold chairs are wider and often seat up to 8 per 60″ round.

Setup & Logistics

Every draped canopy rental includes professional delivery and setup scheduled around your event window. We focus on safe anchoring and a polished final look.

Setup Requirements
  • Level surface: grass, concrete, turf, pavers, or asphalt
  • Clear overhead (no low branches/lines), clear delivery path
  • Weighted anchoring (cement blocks); water barrels used in higher wind conditions
  • Power nearby if adding lighting/accessories
  • Client is responsible for measuring the space and confirming clearance. You may send photos, video, and measurements for layout suggestions.
Delivery, Pickup & Permits
  • Planned install & pickup windows are coordinated in your proposal.
  • After-hours windows are available (additional fees may apply).
  • Exact timing depends on route, access & schedule.
  • Client is responsible for obtaining any required city or venue permits (for example, City of San Diego or City of Chula Vista permits).
  • If additional documentation is needed from Fiesta Events (insurance certificates, tent specs, fire-retardant documentation), an administrative fee may apply.
  • If you prefer an onsite in-person measurement, onsite visit fees start at $100 (non-refundable) instead of virtual review.

  • Twinkle Lights — soft ambience (not bright task lighting)
