No. Fiesta Events uses cement blocks or water barrels depending on the tent width, site and installation requirements.
Some installations may be approved on artificial turf depending on access, anchoring and site conditions. Temporary compression, discoloration or damage may occur.
Windowed sidewalls may be available for an additional charge depending on tent style, inventory and installation requirements.

For dinner seating with 60-inch round tables, a 20×30 tent may accommodate approximately 48–60 guests. If you also need a dance floor, DJ, bar, buffet, backdrop or lounge area, a larger tent is recommended.
For dinner seating with 60-inch round tables, a 30×40 or 20×60 tent may accommodate approximately 96–120 guests. The best size depends on your table style and whether other event areas need to fit under the tent.
No. It is a general planning tool only. The client is responsible for measuring the available area and confirming clearances. Final fit, placement, anchoring, access and installation require Fiesta Events’ review and written confirmation.
Our standard tents and draped canopies are residential pipe-frame structures, not engineered commercial tents. They have no certified wind or storm rating and are not intended for heavy rain, strong winds or storms.
A canopy top provides light-rain protection only. Decorative draping alone, including styles without a canopy top, provides no rain protection. Sidewalls do not make the structure storm-rated. Please arrange an indoor or alternate event plan.
Fiesta Events may delay, modify, decline or cancel installation, remove draping, suspend tent use or remove a tent early when forecast or actual wind, rain, ground conditions or other circumstances make installation or continued use unsafe. Clients must follow safety and evacuation instructions. Fiesta Events reviews conditions for the installation and rental period; weather decisions may be made in the final week or on the day of installation.
If Fiesta Events determines that installation cannot safely proceed, payments for affected, unprovided tent or canopy rentals and services, including the allocated retainer, become a nonrefundable credit valid for six months; no cash refund is provided. A portion may be retained for preparation, loading, unloading, restocking, cleaning, delivery and labor already performed, as applicable. Any deductions will be itemized. This applies regardless of who contacts whom first, including short-notice weather decisions. Please review your rental agreement for complete terms.
If Fiesta Events can safely provide the agreed installation and you choose to cancel or book another supplier, standard cancellation terms apply. Cancellations within 14 days of the event receive no refund, and any unpaid balance remains due under the rental agreement. If Fiesta Events determines that installation is unsafe, the weather-credit policy applies regardless of who contacts whom first or whether you book a replacement tent.
If the tent or canopy was safely installed and later weather requires suspended use, changes to draping or early removal, no refund or credit is provided for the installed tent or completed work. Any affected, unprovided rentals or services are handled separately under the rental agreement.
The weather-credit policy applies to affected rentals and services that cannot safely be provided. Other rentals and services that can still be provided remain scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing. Canceling those items follows the standard cancellation terms. Completed work remains charged.
Voluntary weather rescheduling requires at least 72 hours before delivery, payment in full and is limited to one move within six months, subject to availability. Payments become nonrefundable credit. This notice requirement does not prevent the weather-credit policy from applying when Fiesta Events determines installation is unsafe at shorter notice.
