Our Wavy Draped Canopy features elegant, flowing ivory draping across the entire roofline,
creating a soft, romantic look that’s perfect for weddings, receptions, and upscale outdoor events.
This style provides beautiful shade during the day and a luxurious, wavy ceiling effect at night.

Note: Wavy draping provides shade and ambiance. For additional coverage, you may add a top tarp, sidewalls, or a back wall.

Setup & Requirements

Before Placing Your Order

Please make sure you have the proper space and measurements for the canopy size you are renting.
We recommend at least 3 ft of clearance around the perimeter for safe installation.

Set-Up Guidelines

• Canopies cannot be installed above or around solid objects, bushes, trees, furniture, vehicles,
  second-floor decks, dirt, or mud.
• Canopies must be clear of overhanging power lines, tree branches, pergolas, or gazebos.
• Depending on weather conditions, 50-gallon water barrels may be required to secure the canopy.
  A water source within 50 ft is the client’s responsibility.
• An electrical outlet within 50 ft of the canopy location is required if you are renting lighting
  (or you must provide additional extension cords).

Flooring Disclaimer

Fiesta Events is not responsible for any damage to cement, grass, artificial turf, tennis courts,
pavers, or any other flooring surfaces during setup or removal of canopies and rentals.

We do not provide flooring protection. If you wish to protect your surface, you must supply
your own protective covering (e.g., plywood, event flooring, or turf protection).

Weather Policy

• Draped canopies are designed for shade and ambiance, not as shelter from heavy rain or strong winds.
• In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, Fiesta Events reserves the right to
  cancel or remove the canopy for safety reasons.
• If this occurs, you will receive a refund for the canopy rental price only.

Delivery & Pickup

• Private residences: Items are typically delivered 1–3 days before your event
  and picked up 1–3 days after, depending on our route schedule.
• Venues, parks, and event spaces: Same-day delivery and pickup windows may be required and
  will be billed at our special or after-hours delivery rates.
