Front and back are the tent width. The long sides are the tent length. Side poles are shown every 10 feet. Legs are 6′8″. Peak heights: 10′ wide = 10′3″, 20′ wide = 12′, and 30′ wide = 14′.

Fiesta Events recommendation: We recommend 8 guests per 60-inch round table for comfortable dinner seating. Up to 10 may be possible when space is limited. Connected rectangular or farm-table runs may physically fit end to end, but a larger tent is often recommended to provide breathing room around the dinner layout.

Space & Clearance

Measure the available area

  • Confirm a level area for the complete tent footprint.
  • Allow at least 2–3 feet of clearance on all sides.
  • No low branches, power lines or overhead obstructions.
  • No setup above vehicles, furniture or bushes.
Anchoring

Blocks or water barrels

  • Fiesta Events does not use stakes.
  • 20-foot-wide tents generally use cement blocks.
  • 30-foot-wide tents may require 50-gallon water barrels.
  • Accessible on-site water is required when barrels are used.
Approved Surfaces

Level and accessible

  • Grass, turf, concrete, pavers or asphalt may be approved.
  • Dirt, mud, slopes and obstructions may prevent installation.
  • Artificial turf may experience temporary compression.
  • Final approval is based on site conditions.
Lighting

Electrical access

  • A working outlet should be available within 50 feet.
  • Additional extension cords may need to be arranged.
  • Market lights, chandeliers and twinkle lights are optional.
  • Twinkle lights provide ambience, not task lighting.
Residential Events

Flexible route scheduling

  • Delivery may occur 1–3 days before the event.
  • Pickup may occur 1–2 days after the event.
  • Dates are assigned based on Fiesta Events’ route.
  • Scheduled-date service may be available for an extra fee.

  • Venue access windows must be provided in advance.
  • Loading docks, stairs and long carries must be disclosed.
  • A final placement sketch is required for larger setups.

Do the seating capacities include a dance floor, bar or buffet?

No. The capacities shown are dinner-seating estimates only. A dance floor, DJ, bar, buffet, sweetheart table, backdrop, lounge or other event area requires a larger tent or fewer tables.

Do you use stakes?

No. Fiesta Events uses cement blocks or water barrels depending on the tent width, site and installation requirements.

Can tents be installed on artificial turf?

Some installations may be approved on artificial turf depending on access, anchoring and site conditions. Temporary compression, discoloration or damage may occur.

Are sidewalls available?

Windowed sidewalls may be available for an additional charge depending on tent style, inventory and installation requirements.

What is the difference between a standard tent and a draped canopy?

Standard tents provide practical outdoor coverage. Draped canopies add decorative fabric, a more elevated appearance and optional lighting or hanging décor.

Does the calculator guarantee that a tent will fit?

No. It is a general planning tool only. The client is responsible for measuring the available area and confirming clearances. Final fit, placement, anchoring, access and installation require Fiesta Events’ review and written confirmation.

What happens if the weather becomes unsafe?

Fiesta Events may modify, delay or decline an outdoor installation when wind, rain, surface conditions or other circumstances make setup unsafe.
